Hey guys, it’s Ashton. I’m 18 and currently have just completed  my NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing at Bridgend College. Alongside the course I’ve been working with Jay at Jay Carvalho Hairdressing within Urban Beauty. This has helped me massively gain my confidence and improve my skills as a hairdresser.
